    I have placed multiple orders in the past and the filters always come in separate packs of 20. I placed a large order and was sent a package with loose filters and some of them bent. I reached out to the seller to inquire and was told. My order was too large. They would send me 2 packs of 20 filters in the plastic bag and also ship me supplementary plastic bags for my initial order. I had to follow up twice for them to ship out my order and they only sent the plastic bags and no additional filters. Very disappointed.

    I absolutely adore this bag! It is even better than I hoped for, it’s this thick and sturdy leather that still has lots of movement. The shipping took longer than usual, but this was expected due to the heavy load on worldwide shipping right now. The seller was so sweet and reached out to me when the shipping started delaying and updated me with the tracking and insured that everything is going to go smoother. The bag is everything that I could have hoped for and will definitely last me for years. I recommend this seller 100% as I found myself my all time favourite leather shop.
