Shipping and Delivery

Once the order is dispatched from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a defective product, he/she can place a return request.
The tentative delivery periods are as follows after the 12-24 hrs for order processing.
- Free Shipping (4-7 working days)
- Express Shipping (3-5 Working days)
- Priority Express 2 Days Shipping (Only For Metro Cities i.e Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai & Kolkata) ( this is not applicable when you place an order of above 3 bags or 2 butterfly chairs as their weight is higher and they don’t ship under the 300 charges budget) .
IMPORT DUTY & IMPORT TAXES
- Customs charges, if applicable, have to be paid by the customer once the shipment arrives at the destination country.
- The charges will vary from country to country depending on local taxes. Please contact your local tax authorities for more information
- Customs Clearance will be handled by FedEx and DHL. You just have to pay the customs charges to the associate at the time of delivery
- If a customer refuses to pay customs, the shipment will either be destroyed at the destination or returned to origin, in both cases the customer is not eligible for a refund
- Delays made in customs clearance are not controllable and hence the customer has to contact the local office of the courier partner for assistance in obtaining the product.
